How can I activate my Quicken Home & Business post computer reset?

Hello,

I needed to factory reset my computer as it was having issues. I uninstalled my Quicken Home & Business prior to this. I went to reinstall it and I get an error message that the program cannot be installed. I have the installation key and was using my program daily up until this point.
