Why is reckon Home and business not running smoothly on W10 or W11?

I am told by my computer supplier that because it is always linked to the satellite there is a lag causing flickering, window changing, entry deleting, entry delay and just taking three times as long as necessary to complete at task.

Is it possible to turn the web off?
