Home and Business 2022 can't email invoices.
When I try to send an invoice I get the error 'Send Mail failed to send message' or 'Mail Login failed'. I have recently upgraded from the previous version and did the upgrade on a new laptop. The old version on the old laptop works fine. Using Windows 11 and running it as Administrator.

Did you look in the help files? It's a security issue with Outlook and programmatic access. help.reckon.com

Thanks for the response. Yes I have searched the help files and google in general without any luck. The Home and Business 2022 app I think is trying to send via outlook as a default. I have Outlook as part of Office 365. Can I try changing the default mail server and how do I do that?

There's a knowledge base article for this. It means changing the programmatic access in Outlook. Did you look?
