How to provide access to a team member with limited view

We have a single User version of Reckon Hosted, however whilst I am on leave I wanted to provide access to another member of the Team to receipt payments and raise invoices. What is the best way to do this?

    Go to setup users under the tab Company - Users. Setup in there, ticking the areas you want to give access to the new user
