Hi Team

My client has advised that they are using Reckon Accounts Premier 2021. Can you please advise the best way that I can get access to their live file?

    Reckon Accounts premier is not an online version so all you can do is install the same version and get a backup, you are able to get a free 30 day trial. Or connect to his computer by TeamViewer or Google Remote Desktop or something similar and run his copy
