Error code 90

Have had to download personal plus to a new computer. When trying to activate I get the error code 90. It also tells me that my account is overdue which is incorrect. Any solutions please.

Thank you for providing you Customer ID.
I was able to check and saw that the expiry date was not changed. I have amended it and you can now activate it again.
