Crash on Backup - Reckon Personal Plus 2022

Hi All, hoping for your support please. I am constantly getting an "Unexpected Error" when trying to Backup my work. The error code I get is 7033. This has only happened after I did a restore from a previous save. Hope you can help me as I have made lots of updates that I don't want to lose.
