Crash on Backup - Reckon Personal Plus 2022

Hi All, hoping for your support please. I am constantly getting an "Unexpected Error" when trying to Backup my work. The error code I get is 7033. This has only happened after I did a restore from a previous save. Hope you can help me as I have made lots of updates that I don't want to lose.

I don't know what the error code was as I usually have to ask Reckon, also I cant remember what it did for @tomgeister, I just go thru the motions to sort out the problems.

Because Robert confusingly tacked his query onto a query raised by tomgeister back in Sept 2022, it gave the impression that query had reared it's head again recently.
