Firewall blocking Portal.reckon.com at logon

I can get to the page portal.reckon.com but after entering my username and password it just cycles through to the logon again.

If I allow all internet traffic through the firewall for my IP it will log me in but I donot want to allow all internet.

What URL's do I need to include in the firewall rule to allow me to log onto the portal?

In testing I have found the following but it still does not work:

*.portal.reckon.com

*.reckon.com
