Annual leave & Sick leave
HI, I'm in the process of taking annual leave and sick leave from one of the employee.
Can someone please assist me with the process?

You mean you are paying them annual leave and sick leave? You just use the payroll items that have been setup, Mine are sick hourly and annual leave, and enter the hours. Are they getting Leave loading as that’s another item that needs to be added to the employee record

Hi Kris,
I'm taking hours off the employees annual leave and sick leave . As he has been payed the same amount every week.
I'm trying to figure out how to take 6 hrs of the annual and sick leave.

@BCFC As Kris said, you use the applicable "... Leave" Payroll Item(s) on the Paycheque:
In your case, you would also use the Sick Hourly Payroll Item, allocating the applicable number of hours against each.

So are you paying the leave or you want to decrease the hours they have owing to them because it’s incorrect?
