Uninstallation of Reckon 2021 is failing due to QuickbooksDB30 running in the background

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi all,

I am trying uninstall the old 2021 version of Reckon 2021 Premier (2022 is already installed and working) but I am getting an error "Some files that need to be updated are currently in use" QuickbooksDB30 (Process ID:5952) see screenshot. Any ideas on how I fix this?

    I use Revo Uninstaller to clear out all the old hidden files, call me and we will sort it for you.
