Reckon Hosted session being disconnected.
I am currently using Fire Fox to log into Reckon.
When i am not using Reckon for a short while (minutes) it will sign me out with a message as follows
This session with hosted "10.62.164.166" has been disconnected. The session has been replaced.
This has been ongoing for the last couple of weeks. Can someone assist me with this issue please.

The message that the session's been replaced usually means another User has logged in using the same credentials - NOTE: If you only have one licence, that login can only be used by one person at a time.
Alternatively, does this also happen when you're using other browsers eg Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge ? If not, it may also be related to a specific browser issue eg due to an Firefox update
