Why can I not open my files in Quicken after I reinstalled my system?

After I had reinstalled my system on my laptop, Quicken Home and Business 2005-06 won't open any of my previous files. It states that the files were from a later version but I don't understand what that means. Is there any number I can contact for extra support or do I have to download an update? (I've already contacted the number 1300784253 but they've told me to post my questions on this community tab)

    It is sayin that you must have a later version of the program installed previously
