RAH Inventory Report

I am trying to run an Inventory Item FastReport, I am getting the not responding message in the tool bar and a building report screen saying reading budgets.

Why would this be trying to read budgets when I am running this report?

I run this report on a regular occasion and it has never come up with this before.
