Why did Reckon hosted allow two invoices to be created from one sales order

It appears that Reckon accounts hosted has allowed two invoices exactly the same to be created from the one sales order. The invoices have been created approximately two months apart

What is the best way to remove the second invoice which will never be paid?

I think you could just delete it as long as its in the same GST period.
