I have Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013 & cannot restore from Backup


When I try to restore from my backup I get the message 'The disk is not ready' .

It used to work fine but not now. Which "disk" is it meaning, the one with the backup data or the account which it is to be restored to?

Any help will be gratefully received.
