Separating Items with line or space

Could we separate the items with some space or lines, so that we can see items as separately, otherwise it looks confusing as some items descriptions are one line, some two lines and some three lines. Is there way we can separate them

If you’re referring to items in an invoice you can insert a line between items

@SumitGupta With your cursor on that line, you can just press Ctrl + Insert on your keyboard - or right-click & select Insert Line from the pop-up menu - This enters a blank line above it.

To delete a line, press Ctrl + D or right-click & select Delete Line ☺️

Sorry , I was not asking that.

If we have not inserted any lines between items.

Is there any possible way we could separate the items in invoice template or sales order template while printing. when we print the invoices, It gets confusing with the items.

Is there any way we can setup in the template so that while printing items are separated by something space or __________________ after each item.

Hi @SumitGupta

No, the template itself is just a form design template so it doesn’t have line formatting, you need to insert the lines as per above.

If you don’t use the notes and supplier columns you could delete them to give more space for the item details to fit on entire line

otherwise only inserting lines between items is all I have to suggest

@SumitGupta When you are entering the line Items just click/arrow down 🔽 twice (to create a separating line) - instead of once (to the next line):
