none microsoft app

hello

i have a brand new laptop with windows 11.

i am trying to install reckon personal plus and i am getting a message

trying to install a non miscrosoft verified app.

i have gone to settings selected apps then select apps and fetures on the right

then drop down where to get apps

then select anywhere only problem i dont have one to click on

in the youtube video there is 4 lines which the top line is anywhere

i only have three lines?

can anybody help

Thanks but the problem has been fixed just a little while my lap top was in s mode .a built in security.the help centre at miscrosoft fixed it
