License Renewal Issue

I paid my renewal for my Accounts Personal Plus 2022 subscription last week, however I never received an email confirmation like I have in previous years, and the expiry dates won't update in the system when I try to apply the updated license.

I ended up submitting a support ticket through their website, and they advised that they had refreshed my account which allowed the expiry date to update in the system
