My Reckon Accounts Personal 2022 has suddenly stopped starting up.
The information I have from my One Drive Sync (I store the data File on my One Drive so I can share it between home and office computers), is that the file is open, but not actually showing up. If I start Reckon as an administrator I get an error message that the License is faulty, but I've uninstalled and re-installed many times, checked the license key, turned off in Task Manager, not working! Any ideas?

Thats a big mistake you cannot have a Reckon data file on one drive, call and i will explain.

Thanks Gerry. I have had the data file shared on the One Drive for several years. Problem has only just started in the past month. On the office workstation works everything well, Windows 11, away from office I'm on Windows 10 (probably need to upgrade!) What's your time zone so I can call?
