WorkCover & accrual of entitlements

Hi there,
I have recently realised that Annual Leave continues to accumulate whilst employees are on WorkCover (in Vic) but Sick Leave does not. Is there a way to automate this in Reckon or will we need to manually add the Annual Leave entitlement hours each pay?

Yes, this is a bit of a pain as the system only allows (all) Leave accruals or none 😫 I would have it accruing & just manually adjust the Sick Leave. I don't normally recommend manual leave adjustments but in this case, I don't think there's a better alternative.

That's disappointing! I hate having to rely on staff to remember to make manual adjustments.
