Template Issue - Missing Logo's

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone is able to assist us. We upgraded to Reckon Accounts Hosted 2023 and our templates have copied across however our logos are missing off them.

Does anyone know how to fix this without having to manually fix each one?

Tip we learnt last night on missing/adding the logos and only relevant if your logo doesn't print in colour after you move to hosted

The file type needs to be JPG and size less than 200KB or else when emailed as PDF or it loses colour (sends black and white)

Hi @DanielleJ

Yes, copy the [CompanyName] - Images folder (from your 2022 installation) into the new 2023 installation folder & this will  fix it.  (Do a search on your PC if you can't find it & note down the file path)

NB: When a new version is installed, it installs into a new set of folders so this Logos one isn't automatically there.

Make sure your logo file is in the images folder.
