Salary Sacrifice Super amount incorrect on payment summary

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

2 of our employees salary sacrifice into their superannuation. When creating the INB payment summary (before lodging with the ATO via STO end of year finalisation) the total is incorrect. tracking back through STP submissions they are both incorrect in the same fortnight in Sept22 - suddenly $200 down.

I tried changing the amount and then change it back, still incorrect. Anyone got any idea how to fix this?

    When you changed the amount did you ok out of the pay cheque, and then go back in and re enter

    Thanks for responding Kris. Yes I did and that fixed it for some of the other fortnights where the same problem occurred..

    Is this problem fixed because I just had a similar problem and I managed to fix it by isolating the pay where the STP did not go through correctly, and making the above changes as stated. Actually my problem was a little different inasmuch as Reckon was correct but Gov Connect was wrong

    All sorted Kris. I worked my way through all the payperiods and finally got it all fixed. How frustrating... :-(
