Hi

I wish to make any Chart of Accounts not used in the last 2 yrs inactive . Could you please advise which report to run. Thxs

    i don’t know of a quick way to do this, but for expenses you could use a profit and loss for the last 2 years and compare with the chart of accounts. Then make any that don’t appear inactive. Only other way i can think of is to do a quick report on each account and see when it was used last, then make inactive
