Hi, I have a casual staff wishes to pay HELP, but the system won't allow me to tick the box.
I am using 2023 version of Reckon Account hosted. Neel help please. thank you.

It sounds like you have the wrong Income Type selected. If the employee is not a contractor, Closely-Held Payee or Non-Resident, it should be set to SAW - Salary & Wages :

Ah ... You have selected "Actor" ? The HELP tax table doesn't apply to this as Actors have their own tax & HELP debt tables.
The STP Tax Categories should only be selected if they specifically apply to the employee. The majority of employees do not fall into these categories so theirs should be left blank.
