Pay Slip
When attempting to email pay slips to our employees no names appear in the last box before pressing the send button - the question is how does one clear the cache, so there names reappear.
Steps already taken - go File - Payslips - select pay period - select employees to be emailed - then nothing appears in the final box before sending

Have you entered the date the pays were actually paid and not the pay end date?

Have you set the payslips to email or both? Or have you set them to mail or none?

Check you have Email or Both selected in Employee records:

Thank you - but my problem is the employees are listed in the second last screen on the Pay slip routine but do not appear on the last screen of that function. Your answer would apply if no employees were listed at the Preview Stage of the said routine.

Ah ... in that case, it sounds like you have a corrupt one in the list then - This prevents them all showing π
