Cannot terminate employee in Reckon Payroll

We recently migrated from Payroll Premier to Reckon Payroll.

In Reckon Payroll, I try to terminate an employee in Reckon Payroll. However, there is an error message pop up "Employee could not be terminated". Does anyone konw how to check what wrong and fix the error? Many thanks
