Payslips not sending even with email address on Book Settings

Are there any other sections that need to be checked, as even with an email address in book settings in Reckon One, our payslips are still not sending

Hi @Katrina_Evans,
That's a strange one, do you have employees using personal email addresses or company issued?
As long, you have the reply email address in the book settings and in payroll before sending it off it will go through without issue.
In the case, you are using issued email addresses from your company I recommend that you check the spam/filter settings for your email service.
I'd also be happy to take a look at your book, if you were to privately message me your email and book name, please.
