Replacing previous submission

Good Morning,
I had a bad morning with payroll and had to replace it twice but it will only let me replace it once.
- I rang ATO but they said i had to contact my software provider as there was no ERROR code only an ERROR message that said "We were unable to process your submission because the file you wanted to replace has already been replaced"
- How do i fix this?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your payroll submission. Can I just confirm that you're using Reckon One? (This post has been created in the Reckon One category).
If so, as it has already been replaced in this instance, to make adjustments to YTD balances for previously submitted pay runs, you can use the Update Event.
