STP final pay event

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I'm running Reckon Desktop Accounts Plus and am trying to finalise an employees STP (not had to do it before). I've gone through the wizard and terminated the employment (date is in the past) but the json file created when I process the STP has NO against final pay event?

What am I doing wrong?

    You don’t finalise an STP for an employee you just lodge it as a standard pay event.
