Can we view what our email content is that we send?

We are new to Reckon Hosted. We would like to be able to link our outlook email to reckon hosted. Is this possible?

    It sure is ! 😊 You should be able to email from within the program automatically.

    You can edit your default text for different form types, here (via the Edit dropdown menu > Preferences):

    You can also choose to show each email first before sending v sending automatically, here:

    Hosted is a great program - There's not much it can't do ! 😊 ( ... if you know where to look! 😁)

    Thanks Shaz.

    We have these in the settings already. I just checked them. We were wondering if it can be the same as our original desktop one where it shows up in our sent box. The way some invoices work with customers means we need to see what we have sent. It streamlines things better. Is there a way we can do this?

    You can always cc yourself with emails so that you receive a copy of every email you send out

    Aha ... you're already familiar with RA then ! That's great 😊

    Yes, as long as you have the setting ticked to Display each email ... (as above)

    I also like to create an Inbox subfolder for RA(H) Docs sent in my email mailbox, along with a Rule that auto delivers each email from the program to this folder. You can set this by adding your own email address as a default Bcc in the Preferences.

    There is also a specific Email Report log on the main dashboard that you can view to check the status of any emails sent:

    Have you actually tried emailing any forms out as yet ? For the majority of users, they will be in your Sent email folder so you may not even need to set up anything additional.

    Send a test form by putting your email in the Email recipient field. View the Email Log report to check the status (to confirm the email was successfully delivered) then check your Sent folder (Note, there may be a slight delay so give it a few mins! ☺️)

    We have sent invoices etc and they don't show up in the sent folder since moving to hosted. I have added our email to the preferences as a bcc and will test it.
