Import Excell Data into Invoices
Good afternoon, I have to run a spreadsheet for a customer to obtain data for our invoicing. This spreadsheet contains all the information that is needed on the Invoices . What i want to know is there a way that i can import the data from the excell spreadsheet cells directly into my invoice in Reckon Hosted so that i am not having to double entry all this data. I have had a look on the discussions but can't see anything to answer this. Sorry if i missed it.

Yes , there are few options , you could try iif import tool can be challenging , or use 3rd party tool to import excel data into RAH

I used Beanwiz today, and it is fabulous! Just a little adapting for the mapping of our invoice details, then import then voila - an invoice is perfectly uploaded to Reckon. Thanks Phoung!
