subscriptions due 17/3/2024 wanted to talk re new options etc this week , went to do bas statement and cant access, is there anything that can be done over weekend or monday phone calls cheers mike

When you say you “can’t access”, what exactly happens ? Are you getting a specific error message ?
(As an FYI, don’t panic as all Qtrly Oct-Dec - & mthly Dec - BASs have an automatic blanket extension to 28/02 due to the Xmas shutdown period ☺️)

thanks for your response , the Reckon accounts plus 2022 screen appears with file , customer, company on top tool bar, however a box appears welcome reckon accounts . reckon accounts plus 2022 .
3 boxes appear below each other explore reckon accounts, create a new company file , open an existing company file .
strange im figuring, emails look legit, details and numbers correspond, discrepancy im seeing is the email is asking for $800, however when i log in and see invoice it is asking for $400 all pretty ordinary if this Reckon handling my account ,?

If you click on the “Open Company File” box, you should be able to just go to where your company file is located & click on it to open it.
Reckon Accounts is now an annual licence subscription so Reckon are offering users on older versions a 50% discount, for several years, on upgrades. It may be that the $800 invoice you received is system-generated as they have to apply this discount to your account manually.

hi shaz, thankyou for you suggestions , i did manage to get it working, however i have paid $400 early , bit strange how this all happened after emails for customer service and account advice. thanks once again . ill keep you in the loop if i have any more issues cheers mike.😃
