How do you fix this so they are successfully sent to the ATO?

    Based on the error message, you shared. It looks like there is missing allowance type when you selected the type Other for any specific type as in the screenshot attached -

    Please check and confirm, if the Allowance type has the accurate type and the subtype listed in the software. Find the attached article for your reference - Preparing Allowances for Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 - Payroll Web - Reckon Help and Support Centre
