New Hire Screen blank
Hi, trying to hire a new employee but the screen is blank with no options to proceed:

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Have you tried Closing the Application, and Re-launching again to check if the details/information comes up?

Thanks Tanvi, just doing a backup now and then downloading an update from Aug to make sure our version is current. Will then try the hire screen again.

Hi @MMX ,
I have just tested on my end with Reckon accounts desktop and it seems to be working fine( please refer to the image below).
Could you please close the program and run as administrator and try again?
To run as administrator:
Right click on the Reckon accounts shortcuts and select "Run as administrator" from drop down menu.
Please let me know the outcome.
