Reckon accounts has stopped working


Hi all, i am a long time user of Reckon and new to the community.
I am currently experiencing an issue with printing invoices. Once i raise the invoice and go to print it is saying Reckon accounts has stopped working and needs to be shut down.
Once i shut down i then loose the complete invoice i have raised. This is the second time in as many days.
Please help.

This sounds like you are entering an invoice and then attempting to print it before you have saved the invoice transaction.
Can you attempt the process whereby you enter the invoice, save it and then attempt to print it?
Can you confirm whether you are able to print any previously entered/saved invoices or any other reports without experiencing a crash?
Can you confirm whether your "Trial Balance" report" is able to be generated and that the Debits = Credits totals?
Have you backed up your file recently?
Does your backup include the 'complete verification' option being enabled?
