Gross Pay seems to include Salary Sacrifice amount in employees STP 2 details

in Reckon Payroll 🚀

Just wondering if anyone else has the above problem, perhaps it is an error in the set up for Salary Sacrifice?

This is using reckon payroll - exported data from Payroll Premier. I have been running both pay runs to check for any errors.

    Hi @Chris_9566250,

    I would suggested to check your Pay Preferences in Pay items setup under Settings in Reckon Payroll.

    I am in the Salary Sacrifice (SS) preferences what should be ticked please?

    Hi Chris

    Unfortunately, That's based on how you wanted to setup. Please check whether you have ticked "Deduct from gross before calculating tax" or not.
