STP Submission Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object
I have two employees that were terminated separately last week. When trying to submit STP the error message "Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object" kept popping up. I noticed on the Reckon announcement, that this issue has been fixed.
If that's the case, not sure why I would be getting the error.

Dear @Stacey_6976885 ,
This is usually due to inaccurate information in either the employee's details or company information.
Please ensure that you have a valid phone number with no special characters listed in either your company details or employee information (do not add +64; list it in a normal mobile format (i.e. 0400000000)).
Please also ensure that there are no spaces at the start or end of emails or phone numbers either.
These small issues are usually the source of the STP error you're experiencing.
Kind regards,

Thanks Alexander, I checked through the information and I couldn't find any discrepancies within the employee's setup i.e. phone numbers or emails.
I contacted live support and apparently it was due to the base rate not showing in the employees pay set-up. They were able to fix it and the STP submission worked.
