I have rechecked everything and tried several time over a couple days and still receiving the same message.

Looking forward to some help with this

    Hi @HeatherP

    Could you please confirm that each pay items has linked to associated expense account. Go to Setting → Pay items → Click on the Blue pen icon.

    Also ensure that you have fill up all the company details. Go to Setting → Company details → "Edit company details"

    Lastly, Can you please confirm if super funds items are active. Go to Setting → Pay items → Superannuation.
