Delivery docket?

I need to be able to print a delivery docket to be delivered with an order. I cannot see a delivery docket function in Reckon One. Am I missing it, or does it not exist? (note, I tried using an alternate version of a tax invoice without all the details, but its not really satisfactory, as it still says 'tax invoice' at the top of the page, and not 'delivery docket' or 'delivery note')

This functionality is a limitation of Reckon One at this time. You can, however, suggest this feature in our
Reckon Ideas Portal here
You can either vote for the existing feature request already suggested by another user or submit your own. The more votes a particular idea gets, the more likely it will be taken under consideration by our development team.

I am also unable to locate any way to create a Sales Order (that I can then use to create an invoice once we have filled the order), and I am also unable to locate how to create a Purchase Order to send to a supplier. Where can I find these functions?

Hi Sue,

Reckon One doesn’t have inventory tracking functionality, which means there’s no Purchase Order nor Sales Order. You can only draft Bills or create Invoices. You may want to explore other products here. https://www.reckon.com/au/accounts-hosted/ or inquire with our Sales team at +61 1800 732 566.

You can duplicate an existing invoice template.

Modify it to only show the fields you would like.

Then rename it to "Delivery Docket".

Then create a graphic to be used as the header. That graphic can be styled to your requirements and clearly indicate that it is a 'delivery docket' (however note that the word "Tax Invoice" cannot be removed.

Thanks for the idea, but I do not have the 'Rename, duplicate, delete' option that is showing on your screenshot. So unable to see how I could duplicate the invoice.

Those Rename | Duplicate | Delete actions are present since the currently selected template is a custom template and not one of the default new built-in invoice templates.

To create your 'new' template, you would need to first select one of the new default templates that you want it to be based on, then click the Duplicate action link.
