Electronic Timesheets & AP for approval
Hi
We are looking into Electronic timesheets, what products are compatible with RAH?
Also wanting to enter AP bills for approval by management & 2 payment signatories, is there anything compatible to do this in RAH?

In regards to AP bills if you want it to be automated that is bill gets synced using AI/OCR technology , CosmicBills does this already for RAH.
However, if you need 2nd stage of review that we already do, but to get approval my higher management this feature is not available .

You are able to upload bills/pdfs thru Cosmic app and in this process , you are able to edit bills and approve and then send all the bills to RAH data file , we will create each Bill entry screen with ALL MULTIPLE LINE ITEMS. instantly .
We dont have the feature for the Management to approve , can be done but this will be a customised cost .

You can also in the process , approve and then sent bill you want to send to RAH to get paid.
do not have feature of sign off any thing like that, complex stuff.
