Hi, im trying to set up the single touch payroll but once i type in my company abn all i get is the abn is already registered. What do i need to do to fix this

With the information you provided above, it looks like there has been a GovConnect Entity (ABN) already registered for the Company File where you already have the STP Submissions.
There is a possibility that it could be under a different email address/ Login detail. If you can DM me the Email address, ABN and the company name, I will be able to check and confirm if it has been set-up under a different email address. Thank you!
