Book name grey out at Step 3 of Reckon Payroll setup

Trying to upgrade to Reckon Payroll but could not complete company setup

Hi,

Same issue as the post linked below.

My login has payroll administrator roll, and below is a screenshot of the issue.

    Hi @tonyatandrewlim

    There has been a missing Branch Number in your Reckon One Company book, because of which the Book Name is not appearing in the section and is also greyed out.

    If you go back to Reckon One Book - Settings - General Settings - Book Settings - Enter Branch Number and Save.

    Make sure to have branch number starting with Zeros, such as for Branch Number 1 (enter as 001)

    Once you add Branch Number, go to Payroll and you should be able to save the details. Please let us know for any concerns. Thank you!

    Hi tonyatandrewlim,

    Before upgrading to Reckon Payroll, can you make sure that you have indicated a branch number in your Reckon One Settings. Settings › General › Book settings
