Log off - undefined

Is there an issue today with the logging off process? One of our users gets the undefined message from the Control panel and cannot log off with the system just churning?

    Hi @Lyn_10072495,

    Could you possibly send a screenshot of the error message that is being displayed please?
    Have you attempted to use the administrator account to remotely log off that user as well?
