Payroll summary YTD doesn't match EOFY.

my employee YTD doesn't match to EOFY. I'm unable to edit YTD. my payroll app doesn't work either.

Ring up support and submit ticket without luck.

    Hi @Mar1403

    With the EOFY Reports, if you can please confirm, what all figures (Like Gross Pay, Allowances, etc.) are not reported correctly.

    As you mentioned that Payroll App is not working. Can you please confirm the following -

    • When did you last used the app?
    • Are you on the updated version of the app which is Version 7.3.2
    • Can you please try login to Payroll Web at https://payroll.reckon.com/login using the same credentials as Payroll App and confirm if you're able to login or not?

    gross pay has salary $46K - don't know where is from.

    • When did you last used the app? - today
    • Are you on the updated version of the app which is Version 7.3.2 - Yes
    • Can you please try login to Payroll Web at https://payroll.reckon.com/login using the same credentials as Payroll App and confirm if you're able to login or not? - I can login
