EOFY submission help needed,

I am having some confusing issues. my EOFY is saying that it did not go thru still with the error in my other allowance description (even though i have entered a description), But now i find out that my income statement is actually in my my gov account which would mean that it did send. how could this be possible if i have nothing but errors in the report and it hasn't been submitted successfully?

Hi @Saz02h,

From the error message, I would suggest checking if you have a description for an Other allowance type by going to Setting→ Pay Items → Allowances.

Once you have done the steps above, revert payrun that used Other allowance type and mark as paid again and try to resubmit to ATO.
