Can I have YTD budget v YTD actual (not each month, but cumulative) ?

Can I have YTD budget v YTD actual - I know I can get each month but need the cumulative totals

    Hi @sandrah,

    The alternative way that I can think of is to export the file as an excel and use that to find the totals.

    Thanks, that's what I'm doing at the moment but wondered if there was a better way.

    yes, but will that be the cumulative (ie ytd)/running totals as the financial year moves forward?

    Is this what you mean ?:

    (NOTE: This is from the sample file which sets "today's" date as being 15/12/24 by default. Obviously it will display to the actual date in a real company file 😊)

    The above is what we're trying to produce - prior months comparatives, ytd and full year etc.
