Adjustment Notes not creating information correctly

I have noticed all my Adjustment notes created this year have changed their format. This goes back more than 5 years.

I have not adjusted the template which has been modified to include my company details and company logo.

The adjustment notes show on the screen with the net cost, total tax and then total including GST. Howeer when you print preview or send/save the file it shows the subtotal with the GST figure and the GST is your net costs and total at bottom is inclusive of GST.

Can someone help

    Hi @Liza Oates

Can’t explain why that happened but you just need to edit the template to reposition your labels/fields ☺️
