I am upgrading Quicken Cashbook 2003 to Reckon Home & Business 2022 and encounter error Unable to load DLL C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon Accounts Personal\convert03\qd3.dll
I have try uninstall and installing step given but did not work as well.

Hi @chunyulim,
To update the “Cashbooks 2003” software, please follow the dedicated upgrade procedure outlined in the Installation and Upgrade Guide.
The file must be sequentially upgraded from CashBooks 2003 to CashBook 2004, followed by Home and Business 2005/06, before finally updating to Home & Business 2022.
