Error in my STP submissions 2023/2024


Hi I am having trouble getting rid of an error message on my submission list so I can finalise my year. The error has occurred due to duplicate dates I am guessing. Can anyone help how do I fix this, I have tried changing the dates in reckon hosted but no luck.

If you can please share the screenshot of the error message. This can be found in Reckon GovConnect as in the screenshot attached -
Also, if a pay run has been submitted and came up with an error message, you are only required to re-submit the Pay run or EOFY but there is no way for you and us to remove any submissions from the portal. However, the updated submission will override the previous submission. I hope this helps.
