i am trying to access a business file online as i have startted doing their books but i can not for the life of me find out how to do this - i have been on the phone with reckon and they cant even find my account that i set up - i have never had so many issues just trying to get into a program ever no a good start

Apologies for the inconvenience you had.

If you can please confirm whether you have ever used your Hosted Account? - The purpose of me asking this is that there is a possibility that you have an account, but the Hosted account might not have been activated yet.

If so, Please DM me your Customer ID and I will be able to have a look for you.

Also, in order to access the client's file, they are required to have their file shared with you under your Hosted ID. Please check this out for your reference - How to share company files in Reckon Accounts Hosted - Reckon Help and Support Centre
